Christian Dior Couture — Paris seeks a Watch Product Manager to lead watch collection strategy, launches and product development (On-site, Full-time).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define commercial strategy and ambition for assigned watch collections; establish ranges and construct the product plan.
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence to inform assortment and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Studio and product development teams to produce briefs, sales forecasts, drawings and technical specifications; supervise product development and deliveries.
  • Coordinate 360° launch plans with Retail, CRM, Training, Visual Merchandising and Communication; prepare launch presentations for regional zones.
  • Lead pricing strategy, prepare and monitor showroom purchasing with Retail and Supply Chain, and track performance of newness.
  • Manage product lifecycles, define repricing and sell-through strategies, and initiate targeted retail action plans.
  • Monitor weekly collection performance, build and follow sales forecasts, and produce monthly reporting for Management.
  • Handle transversal projects including client requests and contribute to internal and external event preparations.
  • Supervise and mentor one intern.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing or equivalent (Grande École / university).
  • Minimum three years’ experience in product marketing or product development within watchmaking and/or luxury goods.
  • Strong commercial and analytical rigour with autonomy and project management agility.
  • Keen product sensibility for horology and familiarity with watch technical/creative processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent English.

Experience

Minimum three years of professional experience in product marketing or product development within the watchmaking or luxury sector, excluding internships and alternance.

Education

Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
