Role & Responsibilities
- Create and update window and interior display layouts for the Women’s universe, producing concepts adapted to approximately 60 boutiques while respecting established VM concepts.
- Integrate technical and architectural constraints of each boutique into layout development to ensure feasibility and coherence with the concept.
- Manage end-to-end production follow-up for decorative window elements, including global ordering, tracking of technical dossiers and liaison with suppliers and local teams.
- Coordinate sample handling: receipt, dispatch and validation of prototypes and mock-ups.
- Provide technical support during production and installation phases, including on-site assistance when required.
- Negotiate, monitor and validate budgets associated with individual window décors and façades, ensuring cost control and supplier compliance.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in or recent graduate of an applied arts, spatial design, interior architecture or decorative arts programme.
- Proven proficiency in layout and desktop publishing tools: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
- Good written and spoken English to interact with international teams.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Sensitivity to luxury brand codes, scenography and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Experience
Entry‑level: suitable for students or recent graduates. Previous internships or practical exposure to visual merchandising, retail scenography or production coordination are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Diploma or ongoing studies in applied arts, spatial design, interior architecture or decorative arts.
