Visual Merchandising Project Assistant
Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Visual Merchandising Project Assistant (Intern) to support window and in‑store scenography for Jewellery and Baby categories.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the VM Europe team in coordinating and developing window displays and in‑store visual animations for the Jewellery and Baby product categories.
- Follow up on implementation of global VM guidelines across European territories, ensuring coherence with Dior’s visual identity.
- Coordinate with external suppliers: sourcing, reviewing and challenging proposals, and monitoring allocated budgets.
- Act as strategic communication link between suppliers and the House’s Image teams to safeguard project alignment with Dior’s universe.
- Manage creative and technical exchanges with suppliers in English; participate in supplier visits and evaluate proposals against retail network needs.
- Produce layout drawings and visual support materials to facilitate project development and communication.
- Prepare photographic reports after installation with structured feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Design, Visual Merchandising, Scenography or a related field.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken (required).
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and acute attention to detail.
- Autonomous, proactive and energetic; genuine interest in luxury retail, scenography and visual storytelling.
- Portfolio/Book submission required with application.

Experience
Entry‑level / internship — suitable for students (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with little or no professional experience; practical academic projects or prior internships in visual merchandising are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Design, Visual Merchandising, Scenography or related degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
