Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct tenders for strategic projects within the Visual Merchandising Business Unit.
  • Confirm orders and manage administrative tasks, including supplier creation and coordination with the supply chain team.
  • Support internal clients in areas such as coordination, image, and design.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of responsible purchasing and sustainable sourcing roadmaps.
  • Conduct supplier and risk mapping for compliance purposes.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier contracts.
  • Prepare materials for Business Reviews.
  • Track sustainability indicators with suppliers and consolidate data.
  • Research and source new sustainable materials and innovations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or a postgraduate program with a specialization in Procurement.

Skills

Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and pivot tables. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency. Familiarity with procurement processes and strategic thinking. Fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to propose innovative solutions, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing environments.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school or a related postgraduate program.
