Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop local point of sale materials with external suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand image and budgetary constraints.
  • Create and disseminate Visual Merchandising Guidelines and planograms for product launches and animations to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of visual merchandising activities, compiling feedback for internal and external stakeholders, and preparing reports for headquarters.
  • Plan and order POSM and testers for visual merchandising activities and new counter openings.
  • Manage lightbox and digital screen content for launches and review artwork.
  • Address queries from the Area Manager team and report unresolved issues to the manager.
  • Coordinate local maintenance with external parties and the field team.
  • Perform field visits and attend key installations at launches and new store openings.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and raise purchase orders.

Qualifications

  • Master's student seeking an end-study internship
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish or French is advantageous

Skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Suite Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to act independently and with initiative Capability to communicate and implement visual merchandising plans Attention to detail and methodical approach Understanding of brand DNA and visual strategy Creativity and design skills

Experience

Experience in visual merchandising is preferred, along with knowledge of the luxury perfumes and cosmetics market.
