Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Visual Identity Apprentice — Visual Merchandising (alternance) to support international VM coordination.

Overview

Maison Christian Dior Couture is an iconic French luxury fashion house renowned for couture, ready-to-wear and leather goods. The Maison projects a global retail footprint and a highly creative, craftsmanship-led culture, operating within the wider Dior group and sustaining an international network of boutiques and headquarters teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Visual Merchandising (VM) Coordination team in disseminating and harmonizing the Maison’s VM strategy across the global store network.
  • Manage video and photographic assets in collaboration with the in-house communications teams and external service providers.
  • Draft and maintain VM guidelines for in-store visual identity elements (music, video, advertising campaigns) and ensure alignment with zone teams.
  • Support Props & Architecture projects: track development of new props, update props catalogue and training booklets, and produce launch guidelines.
  • Coordinate and update worldwide databases related to props, visual identity and store architecture; liaise with head office and regional VM teams.
  • Provide transversal support to the Coordination VM department on international projects and new store openings.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a work-study (alternance) program in business, communications, design or graphic design.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Prior internship or exposure to fashion/luxury retail is strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career. Prior internships or practical experience in fashion or luxury retail are an advantage.
