LVMH Beauty Tech seeks a Virtual Desktop Administrator Intern (Cloud) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France — 6‑month internship starting July 2026.

Overview

LVMH Beauty Tech is the technology arm serving the LVMH Group’s Beauty division, supporting Maison brands such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe and Fenty Beauty. As part of the LVMH family, the team combines high standards of luxury brand stewardship with modern engineering practices to deliver scalable digital platforms for global teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize and customise Cloud operating-system images (primarily Windows) for virtual desktop deployments.
  • Develop and deploy PowerShell and Python scripts to automate management, provisioning and optimisation of Cloud virtual desktops.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and operational support of Cloud-based virtual desktop environments.
  • Monitor emerging automation tools and best practices for virtual workspaces and propose improvements.
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures for image management and deployment workflows.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering school or university programme in computer science, systems & networks or a closely related discipline; final-year or gap-year internship candidate.
  • Practical understanding of Windows operating-system administration.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and Python.
  • Familiarity with Cloud concepts and virtual desktop/VDI principles.
  • Strong team orientation with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Availability from July 2026 for a 6-month on-site internship in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine and a valid academic internship agreement (convention) is mandatory.

Experience

Entry-level position appropriate for final‑year students or students on a gap year; prior professional experience in a production environment is not required but practical coursework or project experience with Windows and scripting is advantageous.
