Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time VIP Client Specialist at Selfridges, London — drive VIP clientelling and luxury sales for the House of Dior.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through targeted prospecting, OTO appointments and sustained clientelling.
  • Deliver the D‑Signature VIP experience on the shop floor and at private appointments, ensuring personalised service and client retention.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to the concession’s overall performance.
  • Demonstrate specialist product knowledge across two primary universes and broad familiarity with all product categories (Women’s RTW, Fine Jewelry, Accessories, Leather Goods).
  • Represent the Maison at VIP events and network to cultivate new high-potential clients.
  • Manage client situations with professionalism and discretion; ensure exceptional mystery shop results.
  • Stay informed of brand campaigns, launches, promotions and competitions; apply this knowledge to drive conversions.
  • Adhere to company policies and UK Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in luxury fashion retail, with prior senior sales or clienteling responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with top-tier clients and meeting sales KPIs.
  • Experience working across multiple product categories (e.g., Ready‑to‑Wear and Leather Goods or Fine Jewelry).
  • Right to work in the UK and availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with Monday–Sunday flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal communication, networking and interpersonal skills; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, including senior sales or client-facing roles with demonstrable success in VIP client management and multi-category selling.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fashion/retail or related disciplines is desirable.
