Christian Dior Couture — Paris: Training & Styling Project Assistant (Menswear & Home) internship supporting international retail training and e‑learning (6 months).

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the International Retail Training & Styling Manager and a team of three in the conception and production of seasonal and permanent training tools for Menswear and Home (Collection Insider, Expertises métiers, Style Review).
  • Draft and format turnkey training documents (PowerPoint and digital deliverables), conduct iconographic research and competitive trend analysis for biannual/quarterly publications.
  • Develop and schedule blended-learning digital publications on the Maison's e‑learning platform; coordinate editorial planning with international trainers, merchandising and product teams.
  • Support community animation on the internal We Are Dior channel (monthly look shares, engagement initiatives, contests) and compile monthly feedback to identify best practices and correct styling exercises.
  • Provide operational and logistical support for international seminars and participate in showroom collection shoots (approximately four times per year).
  • Support in-season merchandising initiatives, slow-seller interventions and styling exercises between collections.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, fashion school or university degree programme (commerce, fashion, marketing or related fields).
  • First professional experience or internship in sales, training, merchandising or marketing within the fashion sector is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills, intellectual curiosity, rigour and an ability to synthesise complex information.
  • Keen aesthetic sensitivity, creativity and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience

Entry-level: currently a student with prior exposure (internship or short-term role) to retail, training or marketing in fashion. Demonstrated interest in styling, product knowledge and retail operations is expected.

Education

Enrolled in a degree programme in business, fashion, marketing or a related discipline.
