Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full life‑cycle recruitment for retail roles across the West Coast, from sourcing to offer extension and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Boutique Managers and corporate stakeholders to identify and anticipate hiring needs and define role profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies and maintain a proactive retail talent pipeline for sales associates, key markets and boutique management positions.
  • Conduct qualitative candidate assessment: phone and in‑person interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations ensuring a luxury-level candidate experience.
  • Perform market visits and mystery shopping to gain market-specific insights and inform recruiting approaches.
  • Track recruiting KPIs and productivity metrics for sales teams; support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Paris HR team to refine recruitment tools and processes; travel as required across regional markets.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of progressive talent acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated assessment and interviewing capability with the ability to articulate candidate evaluations clearly.
  • Creative and resourceful sourcing mindset with a keen understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
  • Availability for a 5–6 month temporary assignment and willingness to travel as needed.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; 3–8 years preferred, with demonstrated success recruiting retail and boutique roles within luxury or premium retail environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent professional experience preferred.
