Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the Women@Dior mentorship program in collaboration with UNESCO and regional offices.
  • Serve as a liaison for mentors and mentees within the program.
  • Contribute to research and development of new activities, partnerships, and content for the program.
  • Support the organization of Women@Dior community events and activations.
  • Provide operational support for the global implementation of DEI strategies and action plans.
  • Assist in coordinating global communities of practice on gender equity and other inclusion priorities.
  • Support tracking and data collection of DEI initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct research on DEI best practices and trends.
  • Contribute to the creation of thematic training content on inclusion.
  • Provide editorial and administrative support for multi-platform communication materials.
  • Assist in partner engagement to strengthen collaborations and create shared value.
  • Help coordinate internal and external community initiatives.
  • Support heritage awareness and appreciation campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a program related to Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a similar field.
  • Strong interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Experience
