Supply Chain Project Management Trainee
Christian Dior Couture in New York seeks a Supply Chain Project Management Trainee (temporary, hybrid) — full-time, $20/hr. Apply for the July 2026–July 2027 program.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Wholesale Operations Manager with day-to-day wholesale functions including stock management, inventory reconciliations, monitoring inventory levels and processing customer returns.
- Assist in purchase order administration and monitor product pricing and vendor data.
- Compile and deliver weekly reporting for cross-functional partners (merchandising, purchasing) to support business decision-making.
- Create presentation materials and communications: PowerPoint decks, newsletters, and creative content for internal initiatives, including Sustainability taskforce activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain service levels and data accuracy.
- Contribute to short- and long-term projects, collaborate with trainees across departments, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate records in enterprise systems and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum six months of prior relevant experience; beginner-level candidate appropriate for a trainee program.
- Available for a full-time, 12-month program (July 2026 – July 2027) and able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 with Friday remote work.
- Extremely strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight timelines.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong time-management skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and Microsoft Dynamics AX are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level: at least six months of prior experience in supply chain, operations, merchandising or a related function. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, multitask and retain operational processes.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
