Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end stock policy across various product categories.
  • Collaborate with Transformation and Supply Chain teams for effective performance management.
  • Consolidate active stock landings regularly across all categories.
  • Organize and communicate quarterly assortment evolution phases with Central and Zone Supply Chain teams.
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses and facilitate communication of launch quality to top management.
  • Construct, monitor, and analyze supply chain and logistics performance indicators.
  • Develop and deploy analytical tools and dashboards, particularly using Power BI.
  • Challenge stakeholders on performance levels to enhance analyses.
  • Communicate analyses and associated action plans effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Participate in the automation of reporting and analytical processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT on logistics data management, ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Engage in AI projects for supply chain and logistics.
  • Participate in the construction and monitoring of international logistics budgets.
  • Consolidate and track international transport, logistics, and customs expenses, proposing corrective actions to optimize costs.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in engineering with a specialization in logistics and supply chain.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a supply chain data analyst, preferably in logistics/transport.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Skills

Proficiency in office software, especially advanced Excel, PowerPoint. Expertise in Power BI for reporting and visual report design. Knowledge of logistics management control. Strong relational and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Clear communication skills, both written and oral. Organizational rigor and synthesis capabilities. Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain data analysis, ideally within the logistics and transport sector.

Education

Advanced degree in engineering with a specialization in logistics and supply chain.
