Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor supplier production KPIs: collect, analyse and report key performance indicators (delays, lead-time variances, service rate) and support performance review meetings with manufacturers.
  • Update and maintain production plans: support revision of supplier plans, track progress and escalate potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Follow up on critical retro-planning milestones and coordinate with footwear manufacturers to ensure adherence to time-to-market targets.
  • Support planning activities: update planning databases and participate in weekly follow-ups with external manufacturers and internal stakeholders (purchasing and other departments).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, with particular proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • English language skills are a preferred asset.

Experience

Entry-level: first professional experience or relevant internships in supply chain, production planning or operations; prior exposure to fashion manufacturing or footwear production is a plus.

Education
