Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and LVMH partners to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Distribute drawings and elevations to internal teams as directed.
  • Maintain the Master Schedule and adhere to project timelines.
  • Lead the procurement process, including vendor purchase orders and invoice processing.
  • Manage vendor creation and administration processes.
  • Review quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Create and update budget sheets for internal approval.
  • Assist in new store construction kick-offs.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to reconcile costs and complete punch lists.
  • Maintain a historical cost database and manage administrative tasks such as file organization and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure effective communication protocols are maintained for projects, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of construction and project coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally across the region.

Experience
