Christian Dior Couture in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Store Operations Associate to manage boutique back‑office operations, inventory and shipping.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager with daily back‑of‑house operations, including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash counting, till closing and email correspondence.
  • Manage shipping and receiving workflows to ensure accurate processing of inbound and outbound inventory.
  • Maintain an orderly and secure stockroom and receiving area; oversee replenishment, packaging, equipment upkeep and staff uniform standards.
  • Participate in and monitor inventory controls and stock counts; ensure accuracy of receiving, transfers, damage reporting and returns-to-vendor.
  • Ensure all boutique associates comply with Company policies, procedures and operational standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise boutique team members in the execution of operational tasks to meet store requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, fashion retail or luxury retail preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Professional grooming and presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.
  • Passion for fashion and the luxury retail sector with strong attention to detail.
  • Energetic, quick-minded and able to prioritise tasks under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; organised with reliable follow-through.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft utilities; comfortable with email and basic back‑office systems.
  • Good command of spoken English; ability to converse in additional languages is an advantage.

Experience

Ideally 2+ years in retail, fashion or luxury retail; however, high-potential fresh graduates will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in retail, fashion, hospitality or business is advantageous.
