Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete management of the boutique and its team, ensuring optimal service and performance.
  • Drive and monitor store performance and commercial activities to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Support headquarters with robust analysis, reporting, and implementation of development or corrective action plans.
  • Identify commercial development opportunities by understanding the competitive environment.
  • Promote and ensure the success of Dior initiatives and manage internal and external communications effectively.
  • Optimize stock levels and sales through sales data analysis and communication with back-office departments.
  • Exhibit Dior's image to clients, external parties, and the sales team, providing a world-class customer experience.
  • Develop and execute boutique events to drive traffic and customer loyalty.
  • Lead and manage the team in customer relationship management, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Communicate brand and company strategies, projects, and goals to the team.
  • Manage and motivate team members in a supportive environment for daily tasks and long-term development.
  • Utilize company tools and training to manage performance and enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Set personal goals for team members and exemplify boutique activities and rules.
  • Define and manage daily administrative tasks of the boutique, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure health and safety management of the boutique and team, aligned with brand and legal expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a business or boutique manager.
  • Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
  • Preferably from the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).

Skills

Excellent sales and communication skills. Strong computer and analytical abilities. Customer service and management skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Employee management skills (ability to manage, motivate, coach, and develop staff).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within a luxury retail environment, managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
