Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete management of the boutique and its team, ensuring optimal service and performance.
- Drive and monitor store performance and commercial activities to meet sales and profitability targets.
- Support headquarters with robust analysis, reporting, and implementation of development or corrective action plans.
- Identify commercial development opportunities by understanding the competitive environment.
- Promote and ensure the success of Dior initiatives and manage internal and external communications effectively.
- Optimize stock levels and sales through sales data analysis and communication with back-office departments.
- Exhibit Dior's image to clients, external parties, and the sales team, providing a world-class customer experience.
- Develop and execute boutique events to drive traffic and customer loyalty.
- Lead and manage the team in customer relationship management, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising.
- Communicate brand and company strategies, projects, and goals to the team.
- Manage and motivate team members in a supportive environment for daily tasks and long-term development.
- Utilize company tools and training to manage performance and enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Set personal goals for team members and exemplify boutique activities and rules.
- Define and manage daily administrative tasks of the boutique, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure health and safety management of the boutique and team, aligned with brand and legal expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a business or boutique manager.
- Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
- Preferably from the luxury retail industry.
- Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).
