Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute store emails.
- Organize travel reimbursements for store operations.
- Administer and distribute employee benefits.
- Oversee personnel files within the store.
- Maintain and order office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of employee uniforms.
- Deposit store cash into the bank.
- Handle store tax reporting.
- Process payments to suppliers.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of store merchandise.
- Track the delivery status of weekly merchandise transfers.
- Provide after-sales service for damaged goods.
- Compile and input sales data.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
