Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze stock discrepancies across systems such as WMS, OMS, POS, and REFLEX WEB, M3.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure stock alignment and monitor systems.
  • Oversee the flow of goods to central warehouses, boutiques, repair centers, and destruction centers.
  • Actively participate in stock reconciliation rituals with IT and business teams, raising alerts as necessary.
  • Support DC Ops teams with operational stock issues, including quality alerts and stock reservation releases.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance with Golden Rules.
  • Maintain a systematic presence with the logistics provider to ensure procedural compliance and identify improvement areas.
  • Manage and monitor the rotating inventory plan with the logistics provider, tracking progress and anomaly rates weekly.
  • Measure discrepancies to ensure consistency between physical and system stocks.
  • Compile and archive inventory results.
  • Report activities and KPIs to management, detailing stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and corrective actions.
  • Regularly track stock reliability indicators and contribute to performance analysis for improvement plans with the logistics provider and central teams.
  • Ensure documentation and updates of all stock-related procedures.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Monitor quality alerts and ensure their resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
  • Initial training desired: Bac + 2.

Skills

Proficiency in supply chain and warehouse operations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with WMS REFLEX WEB is advantageous. Basic understanding of Cegid and PowerBI is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with various teams. Methodical, rigorous, and organized to effectively manage the logistics provider and track stock indicators. Operational autonomy and initiative to contribute to continuous improvement. Intermediate English for internal exchanges on international projects.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a similar role.

Education

Bac + 2 or equivalent.
