Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Sales Executive (Women's RTW) in London at Harrods — on-site role focused on client recruitment, relationship development and sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience on the shop floor, greeting and advising clients to the highest luxury retail standards.
- Implement clientelling strategies to recruit, convert and develop long-term client relationships through one-to-one personal shopper style engagement.
- Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets through proactive selling, add-on opportunities and conversion of appointments/OTO activity.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across Women's Ready-to-Wear, Fine Jewelry, Accessories and Leather Goods and stay aware of campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Operate selling systems and POS, and follow cash, credit and exchange procedures accurately.
- Manage stock and follow inventory control procedures; support loss-prevention, security protocols and company administration systems to minimise shrinkage.
- Maintain impeccable housekeeping and visual standards within the department and support merchandising expectations.
- Assess potential clients on the shop floor, escalate and liaise with management on customer complaints when necessary.
- Contribute positively to team meetings, support colleagues and carry out additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within women's ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client portfolios.
- Comprehensive product knowledge across Women’s RTW, fine jewelry, accessories and leather goods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
- Professional demeanour, self-confidence and a collaborative team spirit; passion for the Dior brand and collections.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or related roles, with demonstrable success in client recruitment, relationship development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or degree in fashion, luxury retail or business is advantageous.
