Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement clientelling strategies to recruit, convert and develop a loyal high-value clientele through personalised, one-to-one engagements.
  • Provide exemplary in-store service: greet, advise and assist clients with expert product knowledge across Men's ready-to-wear, shoes and leather goods.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets through proactive selling, add-on recommendations and maximising OTO (one-to-one) sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop long-term client relationships through follow-up, personalised appointments and ongoing client development activities.
  • Operate selling systems and follow cash, credit and exchange procedures accurately to ensure smooth transactional processes.
  • Support visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to ensure the Harrods Men's RTW department reflects the Maison's aesthetic and luxury presentation.
  • Follow stock management procedures and participate in loss-prevention and security measures to minimise shrinkage.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to line management when necessary to protect client relations and brand reputation.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, support peers, and carry out additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably within men's ready-to-wear, shoes and leather goods.
  • Proven track record of client recruitment and retention in a high-end retail environment.
  • Deep product knowledge of men's apparel, footwear and leather accessories and awareness of current fashion trends.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to deliver personalised service and a personal-shopper approach.
  • Confident, positive team player with strong commercial awareness and the drive to contribute to business performance.

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail sales, with demonstrable success in client development and meeting sales targets within men's ready-to-wear, footwear or leather goods.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or luxury-related qualification desirable.
