Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Sales Executive at Selfridges, London — full-time on-site role focused on clientelling and luxury sales across Couture, RTW and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and serve clients to deliver an exemplary luxury in-store experience, including one-to-one appointments and personal-shopper style service.
  • Develop, recruit and retain a loyal client base through proactive clientelling and relationship-building activities.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across women's Ready-to-Wear, Fine Jewelry, Accessories and Leather Goods and remain up to date with campaigns, launches and promotions.
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets through add-on selling and maximising every client interaction.
  • Manage day-to-day sales administration including selling systems, cash/credit/exchange procedures and stock management protocols.
  • Maintain visual and housekeeping standards on the concession, support merchandising, and ensure compliance with security and loss-prevention measures.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary, and contribute constructively in team meetings.
  • Support colleagues to meet store performance objectives and carry out additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably across women's RTW, jewellery, accessories and leather goods
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships and deliver high-value clientelling
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility across Monday–Sunday shifts
  • Passion for the Christian Dior brand and strong awareness of fashion trends

Experience

Secondary education; vocational or retail/fashion-related qualification desirable but not mandatory.
