Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Sales Executive, Fine Jewellery in London (Sloane Street). Full‑time, on‑site role driving jewellery sales and client relationships.

Overview

Christian Dior Couture is the haute couture and ready-to-wear house of the Dior brand, operating within the LVMH group. The Maison combines artisanal savoir‑faire with contemporary creativity across fashion, leather goods and fine jewellery, and maintains exacting standards in client service and product presentation in flagship boutiques worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as ambassador for the Fine Jewellery category, driving sales and representing the brand to high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Greet, advise and serve clients to deliver a personalised, high‑touch shopping experience using a 1‑to‑1 personal‑shopper approach.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients (clienteling), proactively cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across Fine Jewellery and awareness of other categories, campaigns, launches and promotions.
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets, maximising add‑on sales and conversion.
  • Manage transactional duties: be conversant with selling systems, cash, credit and exchange procedures.
  • Follow stock management procedures and support inventory control and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of boutique housekeeping, visual display and client presentation.
  • Uphold loss‑prevention and security measures to protect merchandise and minimise shrinkage.
  • Handle client complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Participate constructively in team meetings and perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable experience in fine jewellery sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury environment.
  • Existing client book and proven client acquisition/clienteling skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship‑building capabilities; high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong product knowledge of fine jewellery and awareness of fashion trends.
  • Fluency in a second language is a preferred advantage.

Experience
