Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Retail Performance & Operations Executive in Singapore to drive boutique operations and retail KPI excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Retail Excellence initiatives across South Asia, ensuring consistent execution of 5S, transfers, inventory counts, app integrations and the Retail Excellence certification grid.
- Manage and deploy key operational tools and projects (e.g. stocktake devices, auto-replenishment packaging, replenishment tools), ensuring accuracy, consistency and correct usage in boutiques.
- Maintain, update and align operational processes and dashboards with Regional and Central guidelines; drive continuous improvement of workflows.
- Partner with market teams to provide guidance, follow-up and hands-on operational support to ensure day-to-day execution at boutique level.
- Own Traffic Counting development and governance across all markets, securing high data accuracy, timely submissions and rigorous follow-up.
- Own and deliver retail performance reporting and KPI tracking, producing actionable insights to improve boutique performance and client experience.
- Manage the Data Universe ecosystem—ensure alignment, clear documentation, correct usage and ongoing enhancements.
- Provide training, coaching and operational enablement to markets to strengthen data quality, performance tracking and adherence to standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in retail operations, retail performance, business coordination or a closely related function, preferably within luxury retail.
- Solid understanding of boutique operations and retail KPIs with proven experience implementing operational standards.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and operational rollouts across multiple markets.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at a distance.
- Self-disciplined, able to work independently in a hybrid environment with high levels of accountability.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail operations, retail performance, business coordination or a similar role; prior exposure to multi-market rollouts and boutique environments—ideally within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
