Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as a Senior Product Manager - Women's Footwear. This full-time role requires 5 years of experience in product development and marketing, with proficiency in French, English, and Italian.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop collection briefs for the studio, focusing on trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions.
- Collaborate with the Industrial Development team in Italy to construct the collection catalog.
- Manage product codification and oversee the product reference system.
- Edit the collection plan in collaboration with the studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments until the showroom phase.
- Facilitate the availability of prototypes for various fittings requested by the studio.
- Contribute to the establishment of processes and workflows in collaboration with the industrial team.
- Monitor technical development with the Industrial Development team.
- Present the collection to support teams including Legal and Customer Service.
- Validate model and name registrations with the Legal team.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising for the installation and development of specific props during showrooms.
- Independently manage special projects such as Couture Footwear, Haute Couture, and Bridal collections.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, tracking collections, launches, and competitor initiatives.
- Formulate strategic recommendations based on competitive studies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in Product Development and Marketing outside of academic settings.
- Trilingual proficiency in French, English, and Italian, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent fields.
