Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Internal Controller, Watches & Jewellery in Paris — full-time role overseeing internal control and RJC compliance.

Overview

Christian Dior Couture is the couture and ready-to-wear arm of the Dior fashion house and operates within the LVMH group. The brand combines haute couture craftsmanship with global retail and manufacturing operations, maintaining rigorous standards of quality, creativity and brand stewardship across its product lines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the annual internal control plan in alignment with Group Audit & Risk directives and BU priorities; perform internal and external benchmarking and regulatory monitoring.
  • Identify, evaluate and map operational risks across Watches & Jewellery activities and prepare regular risk-review materials and action plans.
  • Deploy internal control processes operationally: coach and support managers to implement Group directives and share best practices (purchasing, travel & expense management, inventory control).
  • Drive the assessment and continuous improvement of control effectiveness via self-evaluation programmes, compliance workstreams and follow-up of remediation plans arising from Group audits.
  • Ensure regulatory and standards compliance, notably the integration and operationalisation of Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) requirements in sourcing, traceability and supplier management.
  • Maintain and animate internal control documentation and repositories on business networks; collaborate with Security teams on product and personnel safety measures.
  • Act as a liaison with Group Audit & Risks and Sustainability teams; represent the BU in regulatory working groups and contribute to regulatory communication and training.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a Grande École or engineering school (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including time in an audit firm or internal control function within an international group.
  • Proven mastery of internal control frameworks and risk management methodologies.
  • Experience working transversally across multiple entities and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigour and capacity to propose pragmatic, value-creating solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pedagogical and influencing skills with demonstrable leadership in change management.
  • Very good command of English.

Experience
