Security Project Manager (Apprenticeship)

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sûreté (Security) department in protecting employees, industrial sites, products and strategic information.
- Contribute to the deployment of security communication and the promotion of a security culture across sites and departments.
- Help define the service’s communication strategy and monitor associated indicators and KPIs.
- Create and produce animation and briefing materials for executive meetings, CODIR and general information sessions.
- Design awareness and training materials on topics such as malicious acts, confidentiality, social media conduct and anti‑corruption.
- Establish and animate a network of site security referents; coordinate community engagement activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the security culture deployment plan.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in security, safety of persons and goods, risk management or equivalent.
- Eligible and seeking a contrat d’alternance (apprenticeship) placement.
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational capacity and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Autonomous, curious and proactive with a clear interest in industrial environments and security challenges.

Entry-level — suitable for candidates seeking an apprenticeship with little or no professional experience; prior internships or coursework in security/safety are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or pursuing a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) degree in security, safety, risk management, or an equivalent programme.
