Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of an incident database and corresponding solutions.
  • Contribute to regulatory monitoring in safety and security matters.
  • Participate in security and safety assessments for the jewelry headquarters.
  • Support the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • Engage in the development of emergency and crisis management tools and procedures.
  • Assist in the security arrangements for jewelry events.
  • Create or update procedures and training materials.
  • Review and ensure coherence of internal documents such as presentations and procedures.
  • Monitor security services related to jewelry activities including photoshoots and showrooms.
  • Oversee budgetary aspects of security services and propose organizational and technical improvements.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a 12-month alternance program with a focus on security or risk management at a Bac+4/5 level.

Skills

Autonomy and attention to detail. Strong writing skills and intellectual curiosity. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication. Proactivity and organizational skills. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in office software and a good command of English.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Enrollment in a Bac+4/5 program in security or risk management.
