Christian Dior Couture seeks a Saturday Retail Support in Vienna (Tuchlauben). Part-time weekend role delivering luxury client service at the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary, personalised client service in the Tuchlauben boutique, ensuring visitors feel welcomed and valued at an exclusive level.
  • Support the boutique team across all retail functions during Saturday trade, including shop floor duties and client hospitality.
  • Assist with operational tasks: unpacking and packing deliveries, organising stockroom inventory and maintaining boutique presentation.
  • Perform gift wrapping and merchandising to the maison’s standards, contributing to an elevated customer experience.
  • Respond to special client requests and assist colleagues to maintain a seamless, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidate with strong motivation to build a career in luxury retail and an interest in fashion and the Maison Christian Dior.
  • Client-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused, positive attitude.
  • High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills appropriate for a luxury retail setting.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (role requires approximately nine hours per week on Saturdays).

Experience
