Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in managing daily employee conduct and ensuring adherence to Dior's work standards.
- Motivate employees to achieve excellent sales performance.
- Ensure customer service aligns with company standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction, addressing feedback and complaints.
- Achieve personal sales targets and assist the store manager in achieving team sales goals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clientele.
- Drive and monitor sales consultants' daily, weekly, and monthly sales to meet budget targets.
- Assist the store manager with daily administrative tasks and team development.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Over three years of sales management experience in the luxury industry
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Proficient in data analysis and adaptability
- Excellent team management and employee coaching abilities
