Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in managing daily staff conduct and ensure adherence to Dior's work standards.
- Motivate employees to achieve excellent sales performance.
- Ensure customer service meets company standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction, addressing feedback and some complaints.
- Achieve personal sales targets and assist the store manager in achieving team sales goals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clientele.
- Drive and track sales advisor performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet budget targets.
- Assist the store manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Support the store manager in team development.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- Over three years of sales management experience in the luxury industry.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and adaptable to change.
- Excellent team management and employee coaching abilities.
