Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales planning for a specific product category across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Facilitate consensus on global forecasts through collaboration with merchandising and finance teams.
  • Monitor and adjust sales forecasts in response to unexpected events.
  • Ensure visibility and accuracy of forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Execute and refine detailed forecasts, ensuring data integrity and appropriate parameter settings.
  • Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and finance teams to understand forecast drivers.
  • Contribute to inventory strategy development for existing and new products.
  • Plan and manage new product launches, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or merchandising within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry.

Skills

Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI; familiarity with Anaplan is advantageous. Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. Strong collaborative and analytical skills. Ability to manage data effectively and autonomously. Initiative-driven with a product-centric mindset.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in supply chain or merchandising roles within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industries is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
