Overview

Christian Dior Couture is the haute couture and ready-to-wear arm of the House of Dior, operating within the LVMH group. Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service and build enduring client relationships on the Selfridges concession.
  • Participate in product training and coaching to develop a deep knowledge of Dior collections and brand codes.
  • Support the sales team in meeting personal and team targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Assist with operational tasks including stock handling, merchandising, housekeeping and maintaining Christian Dior presentation standards.
  • Contribute to Visual Merchandising initiatives and ensure the concession consistently reflects Maison standards.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings, weekends and a Monday–Sunday rota as required for peak trading.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK (mandatory).
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to a minimum six‑month internship.
  • Availability to work full‑time (40 hours per week) with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm for luxury fashion and a genuine interest in the Dior brand and collections.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; team‑oriented with reliable time management.
  • Committed, adaptable and eager to learn in a high‑standards retail environment.

Experience

Beginner level; suitable for students, recent graduates or candidates entering luxury retail. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; current enrolment in or recent completion of studies in fashion, business, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
