Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and utilize professional knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, assist with stocking, and support cleaning tasks.
- Perform assigned duties such as handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and arranging merchandise displays.
- Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
- Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above.
- Good communication and expression skills.
- Strong service awareness and affinity.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Retail or apparel sales experience preferred.
