Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
- Perform assigned tasks including handling deliveries, pricing, labeling, inventory checks, and merchandise display.
- Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards and objectives.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and amiability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred.
