Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and aesthetic appeal, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
  • Perform assigned duties, including handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and creating visually appealing displays.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, embodying the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher.

Skills

Excellent communication and expression skills. Strong service orientation and approachability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. High work efficiency. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience

Prior experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred.
