Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service and expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, manage stock, and assist with cleaning tasks.
- Execute assigned duties, including but not limited to: processing shipments, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and creating aesthetically pleasing product displays.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, embodying the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.

Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.
