Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the Maison, connecting with clients and guiding them through the brand's history, creative directors, and seasonal launches.
  • Build client loyalty through exceptional service, understanding client needs, and fostering rapport.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the client list by leveraging the allure of Dior.
  • Participate in recruitment events and contribute to the boutique's success across various locations in Sydney.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in building relationships and influencing client brand loyalty.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.
  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure.
