Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar sales.
  • Maintain a results-oriented approach with a positive team-focused attitude.
  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-centric environment, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
  • Develop a clientele of local and international customers, with the ability to attract and retain VIP clients.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging customers with the details and stories behind the products.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring business benefit.
  • Support sales floor reorganization, merchandising, visual merchandising, and store maintenance as needed.
  • Assist in locating products in other boutiques for customers and accurately process sales with shipping as per company guidelines.
  • Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Participate in all inventory counts and protect boutique assets by understanding and adhering to operational procedures.
  • Assist in wrapping and packaging customer merchandise when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
  • Strong business results orientation with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
  • Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication. Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete all business and customer-related documentation. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a dynamic environment, adaptable to evolving business trends. Availability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, security tag removers, computers, and other office equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and displays. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
