Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and utilize expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
  • Execute assigned tasks including but not limited to handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring attractive product displays.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and uphold the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and affability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.

Education
