Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Naples, FL for the new Waterside boutique — deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‑in‑class client service in person, by telephone and through electronic communication to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including individual sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
  • Recruit, develop and maintain a local and international client book through proactive clienteling and personalised follow‑up.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and engage clients with product stories and selling ceremonies.
  • Support boutique operations including merchandising, visual merchandising, floor moves and housekeeping to maintain brand standards.
  • Manage stock and participate in inventory and cycle counts; locate merchandise across boutiques and process charge‑send sales per company guidelines.
  • Problem‑solve client issues in partnership with the leadership team to ensure satisfactory resolution that protects business interests.
  • Operate boutique equipment and systems required for daily activity and complete all client and business documentation accurately.
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required, and comply with company policies, procedures and standards.
  • Perform physical tasks necessary for boutique operation, including standing for extended periods and handling merchandise (lifting up to 30 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience; experience in a luxury consumer goods environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organisation and follow‑through skills.
  • Strong commercial drive with a genuine passion for fashion, creativity and the Dior brand.
  • Comfortable using boutique equipment and point‑of‑sale processes; able to complete accurate business documentation.
  • Flexible availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to perform retail duties, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within luxury goods or boutique environments; experience supporting boutique operations and new store openings is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, luxury brand or client service training preferred.
