Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Miami (Saks Dadeland) to deliver best-in-class client service and exceed sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including Individual Sales Volume (ISV), Units per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS).
  • Deliver best-in-class client service in person, by telephone and via electronic communication; manage client follow-up and aftercare.
  • Develop and grow a local and international client book through proactive client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Demonstrate and communicate deep product knowledge; engage clients through the storytelling and details of products and brand heritage.
  • Support boutique operations: merchandising, visual merchandising, floor moves, stock organization and housekeeping as required.
  • Locate merchandise across boutiques and process charge-send sales per company guidelines; assist with packing and presentation of purchases.
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts and enforce procedures to protect boutique assets.
  • Problem-solve client issues in partnership with the leadership team to achieve resolutions that preserve client satisfaction and business interests.
  • Maintain accurate business and client documentation; read, count and write to ensure transactional and administrative accuracy.
  • Adapt priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment responsive to evolving business trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods or fashion environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational ability and consistent follow-through.
  • Deep interest in fashion, creativity and the brand; capacity to convey product stories convincingly.
  • Numerate and detail-oriented with the ability to complete accurate documentation and inventory tasks.
  • Flexible, resilient and able to reprioritize tasks in a dynamic boutique setting.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales KPIs and building client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or customer service preferred.
