Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Manila to deliver luxury client experiences and achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a refined, personalised luxury experience in line with Dior standards.
- Proactively identify, contact and develop client relationships to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques, product knowledge and cross-selling across categories.
- Arrange and manage private appointments and provide attentive after-sales service.
- Maintain the selling floor and visual merchandising to the highest standards and support boutique image.
- Provide operational support to back-of-house activities to enhance boutique efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to meet boutique objectives and share market/client intelligence via Be Dior updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, customer service or client relations; luxury or retail experience preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Professional presentation and polished sales etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clienteling tools or CRM systems.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer service or retail; prior exposure to luxury retail or high-end clientele is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in sales, fashion or retail merchandising is an advantage.
