Sales Associate
Christian Dior Couture seeks a full-time Sales Associate in London (Selfridges) to build client relationships and sell accessories & leather goods.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary face-to-face client service in a luxury retail environment; greet, advise and serve customers to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through a 1-to-1 personal shopper/clienteling approach to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across accessories and leather goods and remain up to date on campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Maximise sales through add-on selling and achievement of individual and department targets; monitor daily and weekly performance.
- Operate point-of-sale/selling systems and follow cash, credit and exchange procedures accurately.
- Execute stock management procedures and participate in loss-prevention and security measures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and product presentation within the concession.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, escalating to management when required.
- Participate actively in team meetings and assist with ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably with accessories and leather goods.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated clienteling and relationship-building capability.
- Solid product knowledge of accessories and leather goods and awareness of contemporary fashion trends.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work 40 hours per week with Monday–Sunday flexibility.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally within accessories and leather goods; demonstrable success in client development and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) required; vocational or retail/fashion-related training preferred.
