Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets through effective add-on sales and maximizing sales potential.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of sales targets and department performance.
- Follow stock management procedures and support team in maintaining store standards.
- Ensure security measures are followed to prevent theft.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Ladies Ready-to-Wear.
- Previous experience within luxury fashion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- An existing client book and ability to build long-term client relationships.
