Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Dior ambassador: welcome and host clients with polished hospitality and brand-defined service rituals (Dior selling ceremony).
  • Drive sales performance and pursue individual and boutique targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships: create and update client profiles, prospect proactively and secure repeat business.
  • Deliver comprehensive after‑sales service including follow-up communications, coordination of repairs and leather care services to maximise lifetime value.
  • Support boutique operations including cash handling, stock control, loss‑prevention procedures and adherence to security protocols.
  • Uphold visual merchandising and display standards, collaborating with the store team to ensure the boutique reflects brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in retail or the luxury sector preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation consistent with luxury brand standards.
  • Customer‑centric with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for fashion and luxury retail.
  • Self‑starter mentality with positive energy, resilience and a results‑driven attitude.
  • Good spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Experience
