Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the brand's sales growth within the boutique.
  • Represent the brand values and provide guidelines for outstanding customer service.
  • Manage client relationships in the boutique, aiming to sell products and accurately present the brand image.
  • Build customer loyalty through CRM actions, including contact and information retrieval, follow-up activities, and event organization.
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
