Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Ho Chi Minh City to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client outreach, expert product knowledge and effective selling techniques, including cross‑selling across product categories.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships by delivering personalised, discreet and anticipatory service; organise private appointments and participate in boutique events to strengthen loyalty.
- Perform clienteling activities and keep the CRM (Be Dior) updated regularly to support client development and boutique performance.
- Ensure exceptional in‑store experience: provide a warm, professional welcome, deliver after‑sales service and resolve client enquiries to reinforce the brand’s reputation.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, selling‑floor presentation and provide support to back‑of‑house operations to optimise boutique efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented, client‑centric approach.
- Strong sales acumen and refined selling techniques, including cross‑selling and clienteling.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, high‑standard retail environment.
- Passion for luxury fashion and commitment to upholding brand image and merchandising standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, with documented achievement of sales targets and experience delivering high‑touch client service in a luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary studies in fashion, retail, business or hospitality are advantageous but not required.
