Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate for the new Heathrow Terminal 5 boutique. Full-time, on-site role delivering luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest standard of customer service: greet, advise and serve clients with a personalised 1-to-1 approach.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and drive loyalty through tailored clienteling and personal shopping.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across categories and remain informed of campaigns, launches and promotions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, including introducing add-on sales to maximise transaction value.
  • Operate selling systems and follow cash, credit and exchange procedures accurately.
  • Follow stock management procedures and participate in inventory control to minimise losses.
  • Maintain boutique housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • Apply security and loss-prevention measures to protect product and boutique assets.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Contribute to team meetings and support additional duties as directed by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in luxury fashion retail.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver high-touch client service.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, trends and luxury product categories.
  • Experience with selling systems, cash handling and retail stock procedures.
  • Existing client book preferred.
  • Fluency in a second language preferred.
  • Availability to work full time (40 hours per week), including Monday–Sunday.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, demonstrating consistent sales performance and the ability to cultivate an international client base.

Education

No formal degree required; vocational retail or sales training is advantageous.
