Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Associate in Austin, TX to deliver luxury client service, build a client book and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class, personalised client service across in-person, telephone and electronic channels to build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS).
- Prospect, recruit and develop a local and international client book through proactive clienteling and follow-through.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise and engage clients with product storytelling and selling ceremonies.
- Support boutique operations: merchandising, visual merchandising, floor moves, housekeeping and accurate stock organisation.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts, protect boutique assets and follow company operating procedures.
- Locate merchandise across boutiques and process charge-send sales per company guidelines; assist with packing/wrapping as required.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues and safeguard the business while protecting client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within luxury goods or fashion.
- Proven commercial drive with a passion for fashion, creativity and the brand.
- Exceptional verbal communication, organisation and follow-through skills to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Numeracy and accuracy to complete client and business documentation reliably.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time in a fast-paced boutique environment and adapt to evolving business strategies.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
